The film will be a Victorian tale of love, discovery and scientific daring, Poor Things tells the incredible story of Belle Baxter, a young woman brought back to life by an eccentric but brilliant scientist.

A young couple is thinking about buying their starter home. And to this end, they visit a real estate agency where they are received by a strange sales agent, who accompanies them to a new, mysterious, peculiar housing development to show them a single-family home. There they get trapped in a surreal, maze-like nightmare.

It's the summer of 1959 in Castlerock, Oregon and four 12 year-old boys - Gordie, Chris, Teddy and Vern - are fast friends. After learning of the general location of the body of a local boy who has been missing for several days, they set off into the woods to see it. Along the way, they learn about themselves, the meaning of friendship and the need to stand up for what is right.

Meanwhile, the children began to see the appearance of a crippled woman. Victims began to fall, one by one from them. Lost, or died. Someone wants them dead, apparently with black magic that is very deadly. She has a grudge. She was also born because of the sins of the orphans who formed her into the Queen of Black Magic.

The family of Rini is financially broken and she lives with her father, her mother that is ill, her grandmother that is crippled, and her brothers Tony, Bondi and the mute six year-old Ian in an old house in the countryside nearby a cemetery. Her mother, who was a successful singer, is dying from a mysterious disease and her father does not have money to support the family. The skeptical Rini befriends Hendra, son of the religious Ustadz, and they learn that her mother was infertile and joined a cult that worships Satan to have children. And now, when Ian will be seven, they will take the boy with them. What can they do to protect Ian?

Issues arise related to the gentrification of a small Cornish fishing village.

Part history lesson followed by re-enactments with actors, this film depicts the history of witchcraft from its earliest days through to the present day (in this case,1922 or thereabouts). The result is a documentary-like film that must be among the first to use re-enactments as a visual and narrative tool. From pagan worship to satanic rites to hysteria, the film takes you on a journey through the ages with highly effective visual sequences.

A couple moves into the backyards along with their infant baby. The husband who is an expert in microbiology has come to inspect the trees for clearance. He is warned by the locals not to trespass the forests as the "hallows" will trespass into his house n steal his baby. One night the window of the infant's room is broken but the couple is assured by the local cop not to worry as some bird must have done it but things get very dreadful as the mystery unfolds.

In 1985, after a successful research in Amazonas, Dr. Dennis Alan from Harvard is invited by the president of a Boston pharmaceutics industry, Andrew Cassedy, to travel to Haiti to investigate the case of a man named Christophe that died in 1978 and has apparently returned to life. Andrew wants samples of the voodoo drug that was used in Christophe to be tested with the intention of producing a powerful anesthetic. Dr. Alan travels to meet Dr. Marielle Duchamp that is treating Christophe and arrives in Haiti in a period of revolution. Soon Alan is threatened by the chief of the feared Tonton Macuse Dargent Peytraud, who is a torturer and powerful witch. Alan learns that death is not the end in the beginning of his journey to hell.

Three lonely herdsmen starved of female companionship creates the girl of their dreams, from a broom, some straw and a few rags. The creation - Sennentuntschi, lives and breathe to cook, clean and look after the three.
