Whew this volume was pretty intense..... in a good yet gut-wrenching way though. For me, this volume was like a blast from the past. Recently, we've been seeing Yatora with his college life so this volume was really something different. To be honest, when I first started reading this volume, I was a bit wary seeing how this would be kid-centric instead of Yatora, and boy was I semi-wrong. Despite the kids playing a big part in this volume, I still found this volume thoroughly enjoyable. I love how this volume focused on A LOT of people but at the same time still give Yatora's struggles some spotlight. It also felt good seeing a lot of familiar faces we haven't seen for a very long time. Overall, this has been one of the best volumes I've read in recent history. For me the portrayal of characters here, (yes even the kids), the art, and everything else was just completely amazing (and angsty)

AHHHHHH probably my favorite volume yet!SPOILERS ALERTMan, I'm really really proud of Yaguchi! Seeing his journey into starting art and having 0 confidence in himself into now getting accepted into Geidai is probably a huge highlight of this manga! On the other hand, my heart broke to Maki. I really hope we can still see more of her despite what happened.I'm so excited to read the next volumes of this super amazing and completely inspiring manga.

The intensity of the first part of the art college entrance exam is captured sublimely. Right now, it's as good as it gets for this series.

After last volume's melancholic ending, I was dying to see how Yatora will bounce back from this, and this volume was able to continue it nicely. This volume also introduced the start of another story arc, which is the school festival arc. As always, the dialogues here slaps once again, and you can feel what Yatora and the characters are going through. I also like how this volume gave the Gedai students more depth. Like it showed more of their personalities and the like, so I'm really excited to see more from them in the upcoming volumes.

Die Geschichte hat eine schöne dynamik und mich sofort mitgenommen.ProtagonistYatora Yaguchi lernt viel und gehört zu den besten seiner Stufe. Dennoch achtet er penibel darauf ebenfalls seine sozialen Kompetenzen nicht zu vernachlässigen. Dennoch weiß er manchmal nicht wofür er das tut, denn es fehlt ihm am Leidenschaft für etwas, bis er schließlich die Kunst für sich entdeckt.FazitWirklich jeder einzelne Band dieser Reihe fasziniert mich. Jedes Mal, wenn ich einen lese, bekomme ich unfassbar viel Motivation und zusätzlich ein gutes Gefühl. Dabei ist keineswegs alles schön, denn Yatora muss viel Kritik einstecken. Doch er schafft es diese zu durchdenken und daran zu wachsen, was mich unheimlich beeindruckt. Aber auch der Umgang, den die Charaktere untereinander haben, mag ich unglaublich gern. Alles in Allem ist Blue Period eine Geschichte über Leidenschaft, Inspiration, das aus sich Herauswachsen und seine eigenen Weg zu finden, verpackt in den Deckmantel der Kunst.

In getting the job, Ki-woo further learns that Mrs. Park is looking for an art therapist for the Parks' adolescent son, Da-song, Ki-woo quickly recommending his professional art therapist friend "Jessica", really Ki-jung who he knows can pull off the scam in being the easiest liar of the four Kims. In Ki-woo also falling for Da-hye, he begins to envision himself in that house, and thus the Kims as a collective start a plan for all the Kims, like Ki-jung using assumed names, to replace existing servants in the Parks' employ in orchestrating reasons for them to be fired. The most difficult to get rid of may be Moon-gwang, the Parks' housekeeper who literally came with the house - she Namgoong's housekeeper when he lived there - and thus knows all the little nooks and crannies of it better than the Parks themselves. When Ran comes looking for Shinichi, he and the inventor come up with a story saying that Shinichi is a child named Conan Edogawa (Conan as in Sir Arthur Conan Doyle). Ran offers to let "Conan" live with her family while his "family" is away. Shinichi then makes it his mission to one day find the men who poisoned him and get the antidote. Thus concludes the backstory to the series. In each episode, Conan solves a different case in the style of all good detective shows, giving hints to help the viewer try to guess who the villain is, while trying to keep his true identity a secret.

He does not care for the D.P. team.
